Dr. Paula Westerman - Principal
Welcome to the 2011-2012 school year at Eastern York Middle School! My name is Dr. Westerman, and I am the Principal at Eastern York Middle School. We are looking forward to an outstanding school year. On behalf of the faculty and staff, we welcome you whether you are a returning member of the EYMS family, a transitioning student from our elementary buildings, or new student in the district.
We have a caring and competent staff willing to support students as they transition from girls and boys to young women and men. Our goal is to personalize our students’ educational experiences so that they may realize and develop to their fullest potential. We provide our students with opportunities to demonstrate their abilities in numerous ways in our educational setting. We believe our work as mentors and guides along with a strong partnership with families will result in our students being prepared for the challenges that await them.
